Job summary

Traditions at North Willow, in Indiana, is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide direct care to residents according to individualized care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and support independence and social interaction. The role requires completion of a state-approved CNA program and certification where required, with prior senior care experience preferred.

Excellent communication, patience, and physical ability to assist residents safely are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.

• Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy procedures.

• Pay or shift range: $18 USD to $19.50 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
