Job summary

Benedictine Living Community is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, maintain their personal environment, and document observations. You will help onboard new Associates and ensure safety and compassionate care for residents with daily needs.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and English literacy. This is a mission-driven opportunity within a nonprofit senior care organization focused on Hospitality,

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment as per statue.
• Must complete and maintain medication administration training and competencies.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
