Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a confident, detailed, and self-sufficient Resident Assistant to be at the center of caring for our residents with compassion while building meaningful relationships and assisting with activities of daily living.

You will support residents with daily living activities, provide observation and documentation, and assist with onboarding of new Associates. English communication and a BLS certification are required; 18+ to operate lift equipment as per statute.
