The Sanctuary of West St Paul, managed by Ebenezer, is seeking a friendly Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide to support seniors in a warm, comfortable setting in West Saint Paul, MN. You will assist with personal cares and monitor health needs under nurse supervision, helping residents maintain dignity and well-being.

Weekend shifts with day/evening/night coverage are available. On-the-job training to pass medications is provided, with CNA certification required if under 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Assists residents with personal cares including bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
• Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services such as passing medications, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
• May perform duties that include laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
• Assists with onboarding of new staff.

Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide

The Sanctuary of West St Paul is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide who would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age assisted living and memory care residents’ physical and emotional well-being in a vibrant location in West Saint Paul, MN. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old. Position is also provided on the job training to pass medications.

Weekend caregiver support position includes:

• Casual/On-Call Schedule


• Day/Evening/Night shift


• Weekends as needed
