Job summary

The Arbor Company in Warrington Township, PA is hiring Resident Assistants (Caregivers) to provide hands-on care in a luxury assisted living and memory care community. Starting at $20/hour with higher pay based on experience; full-time and part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

Your Impact as a Resident Assistant (Caregiver)

• Provide hands-on care and support with activities of daily living

Team members working in Memory Care help provide consistency, reassurance, and meaningful engagement for residents experiencing memory loss.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED

• Certification not required

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP)

• Memory Care experience is a plus

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
