Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Caregiver in a Florida community to provide compassionate, personalized care for residents and support daily living activities.

You will help residents stay socially engaged in a safe, respectful environment and contribute to a team that values growth, respect, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Certification/License not required.
• At least 6 months of caregiver-related experience.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to assist with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other.
• Maintain a safe environment where residents can thrive.
