Job summary

The Arbor Company in Naperville, IL is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities, social engagement, and a safe, nurturing environment. You will help residents thrive and feel valued in a welcoming community.

Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP is preferred, with at least 6 months on the job. A high school diploma or GED is required, and licensure is not mandatory. We offer growth opportunities and meaningful, supportive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certification/ License is NOT Required.
• Must have at least 6 months of previous work experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.
• Memory Care experience is a plus!
