Job summary

Arbor Company in Exton, PA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for full-time or part-time evening shifts (3pm–11pm). You will support seniors with daily living activities, encourage social engagement, and help create a safe, comforting home-like environment.

Eligibility includes a High School Diploma or GED, PA Direct Care Certificate, and at least 6 months of related experience (caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP). The role offers growth opportunities, great benefits, and a welcoming team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• PA Direct Care Certificate is preferred or required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
