Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily activities and social engagement in a respectful, caring environment. You will help residents with daily living tasks and encourage social interaction to promote well-being.

High School Diploma or GED is required; no certification is needed. At least 6 months of caregiving experience is expected, and memory care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of Caregiver/CNA/HHA/PCA/PCT/DSP experience required.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to seniors in daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with others to support spirits.
• Maintain a safe environment where residents can thrive.
