Close to Home Inc. is seeking a caring Resident Assistant to support seniors with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, mobility, and meals. You will help residents maintain dignity and independence while ensuring safety.

You will respond to call lights, assist with transfers, and provide support with light housekeeping and meal service. The role emphasizes compassionate, dependable care and teamwork with the nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service, light housekeeping, laundry, answering phones, and other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living- including dressing, bathing, hygiene, mobility, transferring, activities, etc.
• Respond to call lights and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
• Observe & report changes in resident conditions, incidents, or accidents.
• Assist in a variety of tasks including meal service, light housekeeping, laundry, answering phones, or any other duties as assigned.
