Job summary

Serenity Spring Senior Living at Scandia Village is seeking a self-motivated, caring Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities. CBRF certification is required or the facility will assist in pursuing it.

You will perform meal prep, light housekeeping, activities, daily cares (showers, laundry, dressing), medication administration, and light office tasks such as charting and answering calls for AL. Training and supervisory support available.

Qualifications

• CBRF certification preferred; facility will assist in pursuing certification
• Willingness to train the right candidate for the role
