Job summary

Complete Care Management seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant (RCA) for Assisted Living in our community. You will support residents with daily activities, ensure safety, and collaborate with nurses and the care team to provide person-centered care.

This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork to enhance daily life. We offer daily pay access, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a supportive caregiving family.

Qualifications

  • Active CBRF Certification required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • CNA experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for charting and communication.
  • Previous caregiving or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, meals, feeding, ambulation, transfers, turning, positioning, and toileting.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident spaces; tidy rooms, change linens, assist with personal items.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and promptly for clear communication.
  • Follow CBRF regulations and state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition (physical, emotional, behavioral).
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises per care plans.

Now Hiring: Resident Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time)

As a Resident Assistant, you'll be a vital part of creating a safe, comfortable, and joyful environment for our residents. Your empathy, attentiveness, and commitment will directly enhance their daily lives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, meals, feeding assistance, ambulating, transferring, turning, positioning, and toileting

  • Follow all CBRF regulations, as well as state, federal, and facility policies and procedures

  • Observe and report any notable changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral condition

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises per individualized care plans

  • Engage residents in interactive activities that encourage independence, connection, and well-being

  • Respond quickly and kindly to resident requests and call lights

  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to deliver holistic, person-centered care

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations

What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Active CBRF Certification (required)

  • CNA a plus!

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

  • Basic computer skills for charting and communication
