Vitality Living of Park Rapids LLC is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team in Park Rapids, Minnesota. You will provide high-quality in-home care, assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and companionship.

You will monitor patients’ health, follow care plans, and report changes to healthcare professionals. No prior RA experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. We offer a competitive salary, PTO, and full benefits.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Resident Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. The Resident Assistant will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, housekeeping and providing companionship and support. The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
