Job summary

Friendsview in Newberg, OR is hiring a full-time evening Resident Assistant to support older adults with daily tasks and maintain a respectful, independence-focused environment. This role offers evening, weekend, and NOC shifts with a base pay of $18.07–$19.46 per hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential; training provided and benefits included in a mission-driven team.

Required criteria include being at least 18, CPR/First Aid certification, and 6+ months of caregiving experience; you’ll build

What You’ll Be Doing:

Schedule & Pay:

• Available Shifts: Day, Evening or NOC shift weekends required
• DAY shifts available- 6:15 am - 2:30 pm:
• Sunday – Thursday (5 positions)
• Friday- Mon (6 positions)
• Tuesday - Saturday (4 positions)
• EVE shifts available- 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm:
• Sunday - Thursday (2positions)
• Tuesday - Saturday (5 position open)
• NOC Shifts available- 10:15 pm - 6:30 am:
• Friday - Monday (3 positions)
• Tuesday - Saturday (3 positions)
• Starting Pay: $18.07-$19.46/hr. (DOE)
• Shift Differential: + $2.00/hr. for evening, weekends, or NOC
• Med Passing experience: +$1.00/hr. (can train after Orientation is complete)
