Job summary

Care Partners in Roseburg, Oregon is hiring for multiple nursing assistant/caregiver positions on day, evening, and night shifts. You will assist elders with daily living activities, monitor health, provide emotional support, and help with meals.

A criminal background check and licensing documents may be required by the state. Full- and part-time roles available with benefits and weekend shift differentials.

***We are hiring for Day Shift, working Sunday to Thursday. This could be 1 full time person or 2 part time postions***

You must be 18 years or older to apply There isa $3 weekend shift differential when working the weekends.Pay increases depending on experience.CNA's make $1 more than the listed amount.

Starting Wages:

Day Shift (6am-2pm) $17.00

Evening Shift (2-10pm): $17.50

Noc Shift (10pm-6am): $17.25

What You’ll do

• You will provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, possibly with walkers and wheelchairs.
• You will provide health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in the elder’s health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• You will give emotional support: may support elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other emotional challenges. Engaging in conversation, active listening, and offering companionship is part of your role.
• You will assist with Meals: help elders with meals and possibly feed elders who require additional support.
• You will engage in social and recreational activities: supporting elders in life-enriching activities for their well‑being.
• You will connect: Communicate with elders, their families, other team members, and guests.
• You will keep things clean: may involve light housekeeping, such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness.

What You’ll Bring

• You will bring a willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• You will bring licensing documentation (if required by your state) and be able to pass a criminal background check.
• You will bring the ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
