Job summary

Friendsview in Newberg, OR is hiring a full-time Evening Resident Assistant to support older adults with daily tasks in a compassionate, respectful setting.

You will assist with personal care, meals, dressing and mobility while honoring each resident’s independence. The role includes an evening shift with a $2 differential for evenings/weekends/NOC and a strong benefits package.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping residents with personal care (eating, grooming, bathing, dressing)

Supporting a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment

Building real relationships and making someone's day, every day

Schedule & Pay:

• DAY shifts available- 6:15 am - 2:30 pm:
  • Sunday – Thursday (5 positions)
  • Friday- Mon (6 positions)
  • Tuesday - Saturday (4 positions)
• Sunday - Thursday (2 positions)
• Tuesday - Saturday (5 position open)
• Friday - Monday (3 positions)

Tuesday - Saturday (3 positions)

Starting Pay: $18.07-$19.46/hr. (DOE)

Shift Differential: + $2.00/hr. for evening, weekends, or NOC

Med Passing experience: +$1.00/hr. (can train after Orientation is complete)

What You Need:

Be at least 18 years old

CPR/ 1st Aid certified

minimum 6+ months continuous caregiving experience

med passing experience preferred
