Job summary

Friendsview in Newberg, OR is hiring a full-time CNA to provide meaningful, person-centered care to older adults in a welcoming, values-driven community.

You’ll assist with daily living tasks, promote independence and dignity, and contribute to a collaborative Health Services Leadership Team. Base pay starts at $20.81/hr with a $2.00 evening shift differential and $1.00 more for Med Passing experience. This role requires 18+, CPR/First Aid, and a Food Handler Card.

About the Role

We’re hiring for a full-time CNA to provide meaningful, person-centered care to older adults in a welcoming, values-driven community. You’ll assist with daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice.

The Details

Base Pay: Starting at $20.81/hr.

Shift Differential: +$2.00/hr. for evening shift.

Med Passing experience: +$1.00/hr. (can train after Orientation is complete)

Schedule

• DAY shifts available- 6:15 am - 2:30 pm:
  • Sunday – Thursday (5 positions)
  • Friday - Mon (6 positions)
  • Tuesday - Saturday (4 positions)
• Sunday - Thursday (2 positions)
• Tuesday - Saturday (5 position open)
• Friday - Monday (3 positions)
• Tuesday - Saturday (3 positions)

Weekend Availability Required

Status: Full-time with benefits

What You Need

At least 18 years of age

Current CPR/1st Aid or BLS Certificate

Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card

Previous caregiving experience

Med Passing experience preferred
