Job summary

The Crest at Lakeville, a Silvercrest Community, is seeking a Resident Assistant to support seniors in daily living. This Casual/On-Call PM role offers meaningful work with wage range $20-$25/hour and opportunities to grow within a compassionate team.

Responsibilities include resident-centered care, assisting with personal cares, medications, and mobility, and helping residents maintain dignity and independence. Must be at least 18, HS diploma or GED, and pass a background/drug check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Successful completion of Assisted Living training program preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
