Job summary

Silvercrest Community is seeking a Resident Assistant in Eden Prairie, MN. The role offers full-time or part-time positions with pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour. You’ll support seniors with daily living activities and help maintain dignity and comfort in a caring environment.

We provide shift options across early, day, and overnight hours, with weekends and occasional holidays included. Join a diverse team committed to wellness and meaningful, daily impact.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one-year of experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
