Job summary

The Crest at Lakeville, a Silvercrest Community, is seeking a Resident Assistant to support seniors with daily living, companionship, and care on a casual/on-call schedule. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour with credit for experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Successful completion of Assisted Living training program preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
