Job summary

A Silvercrest Community in Andover, MN is hiring a Resident Assistant to support seniors with daily living needs, medications, and mobility, in a caring, resident-centered environment.

This full- and part-time role offers flexible shifts (6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 10pm-6:30am), competitive hourly pay, and benefits. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, and related healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one-year of experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Successful completion of Assisted Living training program preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
