Job summary

The Crest at Lakeville | A Silvercrest Community is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a casual/on-call role. You will assist with personal cares, medications, and mobility, helping seniors maintain dignity and independence on a supportive team.

Qualifications include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant care experience or training. Rolling applications and equal opportunity employment are emphasized.
