Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, routine nursing care aligned with care plans and facility policies under supervisor guidance. The role emphasizes resident well-being, communication, and teamwork.

The position requires a minimum 10th grade education (HS Diploma/GED preferred) and completion of required training, with opportunities to pursue Nursing Assistant certification and participate in a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education; HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide each assigned resident with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
