Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Arkansas seeks a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies, under the direction of supervisors.

You will participate in training to obtain Nursing Assistant certification, assist with meals and daily care, document intake, and perform other duties as needed. Benefits include PTO, health benefits, 401(k), flexible scheduling, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess minimum 10th grade education; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training to obtain Nursing Assistant certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
