Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate daily care aligned with care plans and facility policies under supervision. You will support residents with routine activities and participate in required trainings.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, enjoy teamwork, and value a family-like environment across our communities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education; HS Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competency in written and verbal communication.
• Background or experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and services.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training to obtain CNA certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.

The Nursing Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).
