Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Arkansas is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily nursing care to assigned residents in line with care plans and facility policies.

This role supports residents’ daily hygiene, meals, and comfort, and requires completing scheduled training to obtain Nursing Assistant certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education; HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
