Carroll Lutheran Village is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Admissions Coordinator to join our mission-driven team. The role operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, overseeing the resident admission process with attention to compliance and smooth transitions.

The Admissions Coordinator gathers required information, coordinates with departments, and maintains accurate admission records for Skilled Nursing and Health Care, ensuring confidentiality and resident rights at all times.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of admissions experience or similar.
• Experience in hospital, CCRC, or nursing home admissions is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with residents/guardians to gather required information and signatures.
• Coordinate and complete all admission documents and pre-admission paperwork.
• Maintain bed availability, admissions, discharges, and transfers records across care settings.
• Communicate room rates, billing procedures, and facility policies to residents and families.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance when handling resident information and sharing records.
