Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking a compassionate Admissions Coordinator to guide residents and families through the admissions journey. You will coordinate referrals, verify benefits, and partner with hospitals, physicians, and case managers to ensure smooth transitions.

In this fast-paced healthcare setting, you will maintain accurate records, conduct tours, and collaborate with the care team to meet census goals.

Competenze

• Previous admissions, marketing, or healthcare experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and insurance verification processes preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams, referral sources, residents, and families.
• Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented.

• Coordinate all aspects of the admissions process from referral through admission.
• Respond promptly to referral inquiries and communicate with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and families.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain required authorizations.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and their families.
