You will contribute to monthly recreation therapy planning, document participation, and participate in care plan meetings as required. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and positive interaction with staff, residents, and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and care needs.

Responsibilities
