Qualificações

• Activity certification preferred
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and lead activities including live entertainment and off-site day trips.
• Develop individualized activity plans for residents with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Collaborate with staff to align activities with residents' preferences and abilities.
• Manage schedules for group activities and accommodate individual needs.
• Facilitate recreational therapy sessions to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Maintain attendance and outcomes records for activities.
