Job summary

Peninsula Health Center by Harborview in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking an experienced Activity Director to plan, organize, and lead engaging activities that promote residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The role includes live entertainment and group outings.

You will develop individualized activity plans for residents with dementia or cognitive impairment, collaborate with staff to tailor programs, and maintain accurate participation records to measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Activity certification preferred
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus
