What You Will Do

• Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities including live entertainment, off‑site daytrips that promote physical, mental, and emotional well‑being for residents.

• Develop individualized activity plans that cater to the unique needs of residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments.

• Collaborate with staff to ensure activities align with residents' preferences and abilities.

• Manage schedules for group activities while accommodating individual needs and preferences.

• Facilitate recreational therapy sessions aimed at enhancing residents' quality of life.

• Maintain accurate records of participation and outcomes related to activities.

• Duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Activity certification preferred

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care is a plus
