Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and participate in activities following assessments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individual and group activities for residents.
• Assist in coordinating monthly activity calendars and attendance.
• Support communication among staff, residents and families.
• Assist with activity care plans and resident assessments as needed.
• Arrange transportation for residents for outings or appointments.
• Provide activity materials and adapt activities for bed-bound residents.
