Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities, events, and entertainment to promote socialization and well-being.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities and ensuring inclusivity.
• Prepare for success by setting up activity spaces and organizing equipment and supplies.
• Lead and document activities and participation, including arts and crafts, games, music, exercise, and social events.
