Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities and events to promote socialization and wellbeing for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate activity levels and inclusivity.
• Prepare spaces and organize equipment and supplies for activities.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, and exercise, recording participation and outcomes.
