The role emphasizes helping residents work toward lower levels of care or maintaining current functioning levels, in a facility dedicated to compassionate behavioral health support. Full-time evening shift available.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• A valid California driver’s license.
• Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• The Activities Assistant provides activities to residents which meet the standards of this facility, coordinates a team approach with the program and nursing departments, and supports individual care plans. The Activities Assistant also provides residents guidance and assistance in working towards a lower level or maintaining a current functioning level of care.
