Title: Activities Assistant

Job Duties: The Activities Assistant provides activities to residents which meet the standards of this facility, coordinates a team approach with the program and nursing departments, and supports individual care plans. The Activities Assistant also provides residents guidance and assistance in working towards a lower level or maintaining a current functioning level of care.

Schedule:

• Full-Time: PM (11:30am-8:00pm)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• A valid California driver's license.
• Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.

About the Campus: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) / Special Treatment Programs (STPs) provide behavioral intervention to consumers with mental disorders in secure residential settings. Services include behavior modification, skilled nursing, prevocational and life skills training, recreation, and rehabilitation.

Pay Range: $21 - $21 USD
