The role involves developing activity programs, planning events, and addressing psychosocial needs in a compassionate, person-centered setting. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a CA driver's license, CPR certification, and relevant experience in psychiatric or health-care activity programs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• A valid California driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year experience in a social or recreational program within the past five (5) years, one year of which was full time in an activities program in a health care setting.
• Minimum of one year experience in a psychiatric setting with the chronically severe and persistent mentally ill.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the activity program and planning special events to meet residents' needs in line with federal, state, and local standards and Crestwood policies.
