Activities Assistant

Job Duties:

The Activities Assistant provides activities to residents which meet the standards of this facility, coordinates a team approach with the program and nursing departments, and supports individual care plans. The Activities Assistant also provides residents guidance and assistance in working towards a lower level or maintaining a current functioning level of care.

Schedule:

• Full-Time: PM (11:30am-8:00pm)

Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) / Special Treatment Programs (STPs) provide behavioral intervention to consumers with mental disorders in secure residential settings. Services include behavior modification, skilled nursing, prevocational and life skills training, recreation, and rehabilitation.
