Qualifications

• One year of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Energetic, patient and able to motivate others with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in contacting their family via mail, phone, or video calls.
• Set up and lead small group and one-on-one activities.
• Coordinate large group activities with Activities Coordinator.
• Transport residents to and from activities.
• Document resident activity participation.
