Responsibilities

• Cares for residents with daily living activities including personal care.
• Assists residents with meals and monitors nutrition.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation per standards.
• Provides medication reminders to residents as allowed by Ohio law.
• Reports changes in residents' condition to the Charge Nurse.
