Signature HealthCARE is hiring for an Activities Department role at Rockford Rehab & Wellness Center in Louisville, KY. You will support residents with social, emotional and physical activities and help create an engaging calendar of events.

Previous activities or healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. CNA preferred. Must be comfortable working on the floor as needed and collaborating with care teams to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous Activities/Healthcare Experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Assist in activities to meet social, emotional, physical and other therapeutic needs of residents.
• Assist in initiation and promotion of activities within and outside the facility.
• Provide in-room activities for residents unable to attend daily events.
• Assist in creating an ongoing calendar of activities.
• Consistently meet State Standards for activity scheduling and documentation.
• Solicit community involvement when planning facility activities and events.
