Job summary

TSVH is seeking two Part-Time Activities Assistant/CNA to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. Shifts are 10am–6pm, with a focus on planning engaging activities for residents and coordinating with the Activities Director to deliver programs that promote social interaction and well-being.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate CNA with experience in resident activities, strong communication skills, and a passion for elder care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant – active license is required.
• Experience with resident activities, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact well with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating activities for residents, on-site and off-site.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop monthly activity calendars.
• Lead and facilitate group activities such as games, crafts, exercise, music, and outings.
• Provide individualized support to residents during activities.
