PACS is seeking an Activity Assistant to support the Activity Director in creating a creative and interactive activities program for residents, following all regulatory and corporate standards. The role requires assisting with planning events, coordinating communications, and helping implement care plans, with a focus on meeting each resident's physical and psychosocial needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent. Preferable one-year experience in a long term care facility.
• Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions.

Aufgaben

• Participate in planning and conducting of individual, small and large group activities.
• Assist in communication between employees, residents, families and the public to meet residents' needs.
• Develop monthly activity calendars and maintain attendance records.
• Assist in discharge planning and development of activity care plans.
• Arrange transportation for residents for outings, appointments, or discharge.
