Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Round Rock, TX is seeking a dedicated team member to support resident activities and transportation needs. This hourly role emphasizes customer service and coordination with residents, families, and staff.

You will assist in planning monthly calendars, arranging events, and helping residents enjoy community activities. A HS diploma, valid driver's license, and at least 3 years of driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean MVR, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, family members, and team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, planning, and execution of activities for residents.
• Assist in developing monthly calendars, procure performers, provide seminars, and maintain the resident library.
• Drive residents to events and assist them to board/exit the community vehicle.
