Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High-School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-2 years in long term care; management of resident care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Management: plan and direct Activities programs; document resident participation and progress toward goals.
• Resident Relations: encourage participation; transport residents; address concerns and feedback.
• Quality, Compliance & Risk: inspect work areas weekly and help implement plans of correction.
