Responsibilities

• Leads the Activity team and guides residents through activities and events.
• Designs and facilitates recreational and social programs with broad participation.
• Develops a monthly activities calendar and documents participation and progress.
• Oversees budget and resources, manages equipment inventory, and maximizes efficiency.
• Drives the company van for organized outings as part of the transportation program.
• Coordinates the Resident Council to foster empowerment and engagement.
• Assesses program impact and adjusts to evolving resident needs.
• Manages the Community newsletter to inform residents and reflect core values.
