Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in property management.
• 1 - 2 years of experience with property-level accounting.
• Maintains a high level of professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance of rent reminders and delinquency notices.
• Communicate with delinquent residents and co-applicants.
• Process community accounts payable and receivable.
