Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and operational initiatives with Education Office.
• Supervise Education Office personnel; set goals, evaluations, coaching.
• Develop policies to support accreditation compliance.
• Oversee resident recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage accreditation site visits and program evaluations.
• Ensure resident duty hours, evaluations, milestones, case logs, scholarly activity.
• Generate reports for program leadership.
