Job summary

NYU Langone Health's NYU Grossman School of Medicine seeks a Program Manager to oversee administrative operations of the Emergency Medicine residency training program. You will collaborate with the Residency Program Director and GME leadership to ensure efficient operations, compliance, and optimal resident support.

Reporting to the Assistant Director for Education Administration, you will coordinate program operations, onboarding, payroll, credentialing, and budgeting while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-4 years of GME work experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with residency programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program operations and communications among residents and leadership.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll, budgets and licensing documentation.
• Lead accreditation and evaluations processes with GME Office.
